高职院校在培养学生职业素养及就业与创业能力方面还存在不足,学生职业素养及就业竞争力不高。在以学生发展为核心的视角下,高职院校应将校企合作作为重要途径,创新人才培养模式和毕业设计指导模式,构建学生职业素养提升与就业竞争力培育体系。

Current students in vocational colleges professionalism and employment and entrepreneurship are still insufficient, professionalism and student employability and competitiveness is not high. In the core of student development perspective, vocational colleges should be school-enterprise cooperation as an important way, innovative training model and graduation design guidance mode, to build professionalism enhance student employability and competitiveness and training system.
