摘要
外籍教师资源是高职院校开展合作办学、提升学校教学水平的重要资源。在外籍教师资源处于卖方市场的情况下,建立外籍教师资源共享平台是解决外籍教师资源匮乏的有效途径。常州高等职业教育园区进行了外籍教师资源共享的实践,搭建了外籍教师资源共享平台,实现了外籍教师互聘联聘,基本形成了思想认识统一、政府主导管理、院校主体推进、权责风险共担、多方共享共赢的外籍教师资源共享模式。
The resources of foreign teachers have been playing a role of great significance engaging in cooperative programs between Chinese and foreign colleges and enhancing the improvement of teaching level. It will give a strong boost to solve the resources shortage of foreign teachers by establishing a broad platform in sharing foreign teachers. Changzhou Science and Education Town implements the idea to create an employment mode which is guided by government and implemented by colleges with the features of sharing the risks together and gaining the common interests of win-win cooperation.
