摘要
世界一流的大学都以卓越的教师发展为导向。大学教师校本发展应关注教学发展、专业发展、个人发展和校本组织发展,鼓励教学创新、提升教育质量,建立体制保障,唤醒教师自主需求,构建跨部门合作、校际合作、区域结盟合作和国际交流合作等平台,形成大学教师校本发展的牵引力、激发驱动力并彰显教师持续发展的生长力。
World first-class university is oriented towards excellent staff development. It is important to focus on teaching development, professional development, personal development and organizational development. Creativity in teaching and promotion in education quality should be advocated. It is urgent for China to build supportive systems in interior and exterior context, stimulate self-directed development needs of staff and set up platforms of cooperation of cross-sector, cross-institution, and cross-region and cross the world. Hence, staff development in Chinese University will be guided and driven in a sustainable growth in the future.
