摘要
通过对成品锂离子电池进行高温搁置,间断性测试电池的开路电压、内阻、自放电率和容量等,考察电池高温搁置性能。结果表明:在45℃搁置13天后,满电电池的自放电率、开路电压均有不同程度的下降,自放电率与开路电压变化呈非线性关系;满电电池的自放电率有助于模块电池筛选;满电与空电电池搁置,内阻变化均不明显;空电搁置的开路电压变化有助于筛选电池。
Through the high-temperature storage, the open-circuit voltage, resistance, self-dis- charge rate and capacity was tested intermittently to investigate the high-temperature storage per- formance of Li-ion battery. The results showed that, after storage at 45 ℃ for 13 days, the sell discharge rate and open circuit voltage of the fully charged battery declined in different degrees, the self-discharge rate and open circuit voltage were nonlinear, the self-discharge rate of the fully charged battery would contribute to filtration for module battery, the resistance changes of the fully charged and empty batteries were not obvious, the open-circuit voltage variation of empty batteries would contribute to filtration.
