高职院校学生退学现象的普遍存在,对高职人才的培养质量带来了较大的负面影响.在对某高职院校学生退学情况进行调查的基础上,分析了高职生退学现象的类型及其产生的原因,提出了预防学生退学的相关对策和措施.
