苏北地区新生代农民工社会认同状况的调查与思考

On social identity status of new generation of migrant workers in northern area of Jiangsu Province

社会认同在新生代农民工的城市融入中至关重要.通过问卷调查的形式,从身份认同、乡土认同、城市认同与未来归属等4个方面,分析了苏北地区新生代农民工的社会认同状况.研究结果表明:目前苏北地区新生代农民工的社会认同困境在一定程度上阻碍了他们的市民化进程.应从稳步推进户籍制度改革、建立城乡一体化的社会保障体系和加大职业培训力度等方面入手,增强新生代农民工的社会认同,从而加速苏北地区的城市化进程.

Social identity is very important for new generation of migrant workers in city integra_tion.Through questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes social identity status of new generation of migrant workers in northern area of Jiangsu Province from aspects of identity recognition,lo_cal identity,city identity and future ascription.The results show that poor social identity status of new generation of migrant workers in northern area of Jiangsu Province has hindered their citi_zenization process to some extent.We shall enhance social identity of new generation of migrant workers from aspects of steadily promoting the reform of household registration system,estab_lishing social security system of city and countryside integration,and strengthening the efforts to vocational training.
