The methods are as follows： strengthen the construction and preservation of agricultural irrigation facilities, build a modern agricultural area with ecological agricultural Circular Economy, enlarge the size of agricultural production, prolong the chain of agricultural production and develop Industry clus- ter, expand the local unique industry and cultivate new forms of agriculture, extend the use of ecological agricul- ture technology vigorously, constantly perfect the network of technological service and promote the test system of the safety of agricultural products.
