摘要
以河南省两所独立学院的大学英语教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查和深度访谈,研究他们的教师信念结构以及教育国际化给他们的信念所带来的变化,结果表明:大部分大学英语教师不仅具备了较新的教师信念和反思意识,而且也意识到为适应教育国际化的挑战,需要反省自己的信念,转变教学理念,逐渐地从通用英语向学术英语转移,以期培养独立学院学生学科领域的国际竞争力。
