摘要
目的:测定不同等级、不同产地天麻中天麻素的含量。方法:采用HPLC测定天麻中天麻素含量。Inert Sustain C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(3∶97);流速:1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长:220 nm;柱温为室温。结果:不同等级的乌天麻中,天麻等级越高天麻素含量越高。一等乌天麻中天麻素含量为0.82%,而四等乌天麻含量仅为0.32%。而不同产地同一等级的红天麻中天麻素含量差异较大。其中,安徽大别山天麻中天麻素含量最高,为0.94%;湖北宜昌、陕西洋县两个产地天麻中天麻素含量分别为0.66%、0.60%,云南丽江和大姚天麻中天麻素含量较低,仅为0.45%和0.44%。结论:不同的等级和不同的产地对天麻中天麻素的含量均有影响。
