山绿茶的研究进展

Research progress in Ilex hainanensis Merr.

山绿茶是冬青科植物海南冬青Ilex hainanensis Merr.的干燥叶经加工炮制而成,其使用历史悠久。现代化学研究表明山绿茶富含黄酮类、三萜类、半萜苷类和咖啡酰奎宁酸类等化学成分;药理活性研究表明其对高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇及冠心病、脑血管意外所致的偏瘫,以及风热感冒、肺热咳嗽、咽喉水肿、扁桃体炎、痢疾等病症均有一定的治疗作用。此文对山绿茶的化学成分和药理作用进行了整理,为进一步研究开发其医疗保健作用提供参考。

“Shan Lv Cha” is originated from the leaves of Ilex hainanensis Merr，and has a long history of using in the form of a traditional Chinese medicine as a diuretic，anti hypertensive，and anti inflammatory agentIhainanensisis rich in flavonoid，triterpene glycoside，triterpene acid，and coumarin，and modern pharmacological researches have revealed that it is effectively used in hypertension，hyperlipidemia，high cholesterol，and coronary heart diseaseThis paper briefly summarizes the main chemical components and pharmacological effects of Ihainanensis，and provides a reference for further research
