摘要
黄精是滋肾润肺和补脾益气的常用中药。近年来发现黄精对糖尿病及其并发症有明显预防和治疗作用。作用机制研究表明,黄精对糖尿病性胰岛素异常、调节葡萄糖转运蛋白的表达、抗炎、肝细胞内c AMP的含量降低、氧化损伤、小肠酶活性降低等方面均有较好的治疗作用,同时一定程度延缓糖尿病并发症的发生和发展。本文按抗糖尿病作用机制对黄精进行分类和归纳,并提出了开发利用黄精的建议:将滇黄精中的主要活性成分群(总皂苷及总多糖)及主要活性单体成分开发成具有辅助调节血糖水平的药品、保健品或健康食品。
