摘要
精确测量驾驶室输入参数,根据空间选择合适的扭杆长度,从而匹配出合理的扭杆设计方案。建立驾驶室物理模型,与翻转进行匹配性设计,通过有限元分析校核左右支撑臂的强度,进而确定纵梁及前横梁的结构特征,提供了一种正向设计思路,具有较高的参考价值。
The cab parameters were accurately measured, the suitable size of the torsion bar was selected according to the space, and then the reasonable design of torsion bar was matched. The finite element model was set up, the strength of supporting arm was checked by finite element analysis, and then the structure of earline and beam was defined. This paper supports a positive design method, providing important guidance.
