产业低碳化:困境与路径选择——以江西为样本

Industrial Low-carbon: Dilemma and Path Choice-Taking Jiangxi as an Example

产业低碳化已经成为世界经济发展的潮流,发展低碳经济,是经济社会可持续发展的必然选择。中国作为世界上最大的温室气体排放国,正致力于产业低碳化转型。江西作为全国生态文明先行示范区,理应在建立绿色低碳产业体系方面走在全国前列。本文通过对江西碳排放状况与产业低碳化实践的审视,认为江西的产业低碳化发展已经取得一定的成效,但仍然面临诸多困境,应通过调整三次产业结构、实现三次结构内部的低碳发展、强化低碳化产业技术创新、构建低碳化能源结构体系等途径,推动产业低碳化发展。

The development of low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice for sustainable economic and so-cial development. Low-carbon industry has become the trend of world economic development. China, as the world＇s largest emitter of greenhouse gases, is committed to low carbon transformation industries. Jiangxi, as a na-tional ecological demonstration zone, should establish a green and low-carbon industrial system in terms of walk-ing in the forefront of the country. By investigating the situation of carbon emissions and the practice of low-car-bon industry in Jiangxi Province, author believes that although Jiangxi＇s low-carbon industry has made certain achievements, it still has to face many difficulties. To promote the development of industrial low-carbon in Jiangxi, the following ways should be of use：adjusting the three industrial structures to achieve internal low-carbon devel-opment in the three industrial structures; strengthening innovation of low-carbon industrial technology; and build-ing low-carbon energy system.
