20世纪50-80年代鄱阳湖区血吸虫病防治成就的历史考察

The Historical Examination of Achievement in Prevention and Treatment of Schistosomiasis in Poyang Lake Region During the Year of 1950-1989

曾为血吸虫病肆虐的鄱阳湖区,20世纪50至80年代,在党和政府的高度重视和湖区民众积极参与下,血防工作上做了很大的努力,取得了巨大的成就。广大疫区干部、民众从源头着手,积极消灭钉螺,治疗病人病畜等。经过30年的努力,血吸虫病患者得到及时治疗,传染源得到有效控制,湖区的生态环境不断改善,民众身体素质和健康水平明显提高。

When schistosomiasis ravaged Poyang Lake District, our government and the local public made great efforts to prevent and control schistosomiasis, for example tackling the epidemic at its source, eliminating the snails and treating patients proactively and at last, gained great achievement during the year of 1950-1989. Over 30 years effort, schistosomiasis patients have been treated timely, infection source has been effectively controlled, the lake＇s ecological environment has been improved and physical quality and health level of the local public have been significantly improved.
