突发性新闻事件因其具有不可抗力下的偶然性和突发性,所以新闻媒介在报道突发性新闻事件时,也有其自身的不可控性。作为新闻传播的接收端,受众在接收新闻信息时,可能会产生一定的认知偏差。目前,我国正处在社会转型期,在突发性校园侵害事件频频发生的情况下,媒介应当营造良好的舆论环境,承担起媒介传播的责任。
