Russia as an influential country in the world, the government promotes soft power to a national strategic level and give a high degree of attention and strong advance. After Putin in power, the Putin administration remodel the rise of great powers, boost economic development. However, in 2014, Crimea joined the confliction between Russia and Eastern Ukraine, which damaged the international national image of Russian, got economic sanctions from Western countries. It is urgent for Russian to solve the problem, which is improve the national image, out of the shackles of Russian sanctions through soft power.
