工业集聚视角下的城镇化路径选择--以长江三角洲地区为例

The Path Selection of Urbanization under the Perspective of Industrial Agglomeration—the Case of the Yangtze River Delta Region

区域工业化与区域城镇化互相伴随、互相作用,促进非农产业在城镇集聚、农村人口向城镇集中。改革开放以来,在全球化、市场化和分权化力量作用下,长江三角洲地区成为我国工业集聚的典型区域之一,不仅促进区域经济快速增长,也在不断提升区域城镇化的水平。文章从工业集聚的角度和时间、空间的维度,分析长江三角洲区域工业集聚变化与城镇化演进,进而,在阐述工业集聚与城镇化发展的内在关系、尤其是工业集聚对区域城镇化的正面和负面效应的同时,探讨长江三角洲地区推进城镇化发展的可行路径。

Regional industrialization is developing along with urbanization, and they interact with each other, promoting the non-agricultural industries concentrate to urban areas and the rural population to towns. Under the influences of globalization, marketization and decentralization, the Yangtze River Delta region has become one of the most typical industrial agglomeration areas in our country, which not only promotes the rapid growth of regional economy, but also improves the regional urbanization level. From the perspective of industrial agglomeration and dimensions of time and space, this paper analyzes the changes of industrial agglomeration and urbanization evolution in the Yangtze River Delta region. Therefore, it aims to elaborate the relationship between industrial agglomeration and urbanization, especially the positive and negative effects of industrial clusters to regional urbanization. In addition, we also explore the possible paths of urbanization development in the Yangtze River Delta region.
