基于政治发展的中国特色社会主义政治学话语体系的构建

Building Politics Discourse System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Based on Political Development

当下中国政治学话语体系对中国特色社会主义政治发展实践的缺位或"失语"使得中国政治学学人需重新考量中国政治学话语体系的建构问题。在当代中国,政治学话语体系亟需对中国特色社会主义政治发展实践的经验进行理论总结、概括和升华,张扬中国特色社会主义政治发展实践的价值,展现政治学学人对政治生活理解的独到与深刻。当下中国政治学话语体系的渊源、表现形态、价值追求均与中国特色社会主义政治发展的实践要求具有明显的不适应性。构建中国特色社会主义政治学话语体系,必须坚持马克思主义的指导地位、以人为本的价值取向、以发展好中国特色社会主义民主政治为目的,处理好政治学话语体系的科学化与大众化的关系、古今中外的关系、中国气派与国际化的关系、政治学学人的独立人格与经国济世的关系。

Since the present Chinese politics discourse system is not able to reflect the current status and experience of the political development practices, scholars ,which are in Chinese political field, need to reconstruct a better Chinese politics discourse system. Contemporarily, politics discourse system is strongly required to summarize and sublimate the experience of practicing the political development with Chinese characteristics as well as advocating the great value of applying it into political work, demonstrating Chinese political science scholars＇ unique and profound understanding of political life. However, the current Chinese politics discourse system failed to meet the practical requirements of political development with Chinese characteristics, especially in the following three parts： origins, manifestations, and core values. In order to develop a better Chinese politics discourse system, two guidelines must be followed： 1. Keep following the guidance of Marxism and adhere to people-oriented core value. 2. Aiming at developing better Chinese characteristics socialism to keep good relations between scientization and popularization of politics discourse system, between ancient and modern times, between Chinese style and internationalization, and between the independent personality and sense of public serving of political science scholars.
