摘要
为了更加科学、规范地开展污染场地调查工作,作者依据多年积累的污染场地调查经验和对国外相关研究成果的跟踪,对污染场地的定义、分类、调查阶段划分及污染调查测试清单的确定进行了探讨。通过分析对比十余个发达国家污染场地的定义,给出了污染场地的定义。借鉴污染物属性与地下水赋存介质分类法思想,提出了污染物种类与场地介质组合的污染场地分类方法。基于场地调查工作的实质,考虑简化性、标志性和可操作性,将污染场地调查划分为资料收集、初步调查、详细调查三个阶段。在归纳总结国内外筛选和确定优先控制污染物研究成果的基础上,结合实际情况和工作经验,提出了确定污染场地调查测试清单的步骤与方法。
In order to scitifically and regularly carry out investigation of contaminated sites in China,based on practice and experience over the past years and understanding of oversea relevant researches, the author discusses four issues on contaminated sites, i. e., definition, classification, investigation phrase and determination of analysis list. The term contaminated site is defined through analysis and comparison of the terms used in ten developed countries. The type of contaminants and the structure of subsurface media in a certain site are used as a basis for the classification of contaminated sites. Contamination site investigation is divided into three phrases: data collection, preliminary investigation and detail investigation. On the basis of domestic and overseas screening and determining priority control contaminants, an approach for determining the analysis list is put forward.
