功能CT评价肝癌手术风险的研究进展

摘要 手术是治疗肝癌的有效手段,准确评价肝储备功能对于临床治疗中在最佳疗效和最小风险之间取得平衡具有重要意义。目前对肝储备功能的评价方法较多,但均不够理想。本文介绍了功能CT术前评估肝储备功能的价值及特点,并论证其与肝癌手术风险的关系及今后的发展方向。
