摘要
目前,我国器官捐献协调员还没有明确的职业定位,运行机制、工作流程和职业资格认证等制度还不健全,严重阻碍了器官捐献协调员队伍的快速发展。本文从器官捐献协调员职业化改革的总体思路出发,提出了明确岗位配置、完善课程设置、健全制度体系等三个方面的策略,以促使器官捐献协调员成为一种独立的职业,达到法律认可、社会认同、资格认证和角色定位的最终目标,有效地提高器官捐献协调员的积极性,提升公民心死亡后器官捐献率,改善当前我国器官供体严重不足的局面。
So far, China has not established a sound system pertaining to the occupational definition, operation mechanism, working procedure and occupational qualification certification of organ donation coordinators. This has seriously hindered the development of organ donation coordinator team. Based on the overall idea of the professionalization reform of organ donation coordinators, this paper puts forward three strategies: making clear job configuration, improving the curriculum design and setting up a complete legal system. We hope to make the organ donation coordinator to become an independent occupation. The ultimate goal of the strategies are to achieve legal recognition, social identity, qualification authentication and clear role orientation which can improve the organ donation coordinators' working initiative, raise the organ donation rate of citizens with heart death and alleviate the current shortage of organ donors.
