中医箱庭疗法治疗的理论模型构建及阐释

Construction and interpretation of theoretical models of TCM sandplay therapy

中医箱庭疗法是在继承传统箱庭疗法治疗理论的基础上,以中国传统易道哲学及禅学思想为指导,融合中医学理论以及阴阳五行学说的空间分析技术而发展出来的一种本土化的心理治疗技术。本文以传统箱庭治疗理论、阴阳五行平衡理论、阳主阴从理论及禅悟理论探讨了中医箱庭疗法的治疗理论模型的理论基础,并在此基础上构建了中医箱庭疗法的具体治疗方法。

TCM sandplay therapy is a kind of native psychotherapeutic techniques which is based on therapeutic theory of traditional sandplay therapy, guided by traditional Chinese philosophy of Yidao and Zen, and integrated with TCM theory and spatial analysis techniques in the theory of yin and yang and five elements. This paper explores the traditional sandplay therapeutic theory, the balance of yin/yang and five elements, the theory of yin following yang and Zen enlightenment theory （how a person in dhyana sect is enlightened to change into Buddha） as the theoretical foundation of TCM sandplay therapeutic theoretical models, and on this basis puts forward the concrete treatment methods of TCM sandplay therapy.
