调脂治疗是收益还是风险?

Lipid management: is it profit or risk?

诸多的研究结果证明了他汀类药物调脂治疗对降低心血管事件具有一定的有效性和安全性。然而,也有研究结果显示了强化调脂治疗的风险性。为尽可能发挥调脂治疗的功效又避免或减少用药的风险,可遵循生活方式干预、常规剂量给药、全面调脂治疗、个体化治疗和综合治疗等原则。

Many research results have shown the effectiveness and safety of statins lipid management in reducing cardiovascular events. However, also some research results have revealed that there are risks of the treatment. In order to develop the treatment effect and avoid or decrease the risks, such principles as the intervention of lifestyles, standardized dose of medicine, comprehensive lipid management, individualized treatments and combined treatments should be held.
