合并踝关节骨折的三角韧带损伤是否需要早期手术修复 被引量：25

摘要 踝关节骨折常并发踝关节周围韧带的损伤,这些韧带主要包括外侧副韧带、下胫腓联合以及三角韧带.当踝关节骨折合并三角韧带损伤时,如旋前外翻2°、旋后外旋4°以及旋前外旋型骨折,通常情况下大家往往对外踝和下胫腓联合进行切开复位内固定,而对三角韧带损伤常常采用保守疗法.虽然有大量的文献[1-3]报道保守治疗获得了良好的治疗效果,但随着观察时间的延长和观察项目的细化,近年来一些学者[4]也对保守治疗三角韧带损伤是否真正获得了同早期手术修复一样的优良率提出了疑问,并指出三角韧带未得到早期修复是造成后期疼痛和后足外翻的原因.
