个别牙齿控根辅弓的临床应用

摘要 目的比较个别牙控根辅弓法与传统方丝弓加转矩力法对个别牙控根后的临床疗效,分析个别牙控根辅弓的生物力学原理及临床应用效果。方法将30例需要对个别牙进行控根移动的患者随机分为2组,A组使用传统方丝弓加转矩力方法进行个别牙控根,B组使用转矩辅弓进行个别牙控根,比较二者临床有效率及控根治疗周期。结果两组患者治疗后的临床有效率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组平均控根治疗周期为(25.50±4.19)周,而B组平均控根治疗周期为(12.12±4.67)周,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B组控根法有效缩短了控根的治疗周期。结论个别牙控根辅弓法简单易学,可以有效缩短个别牙控根的治疗周期,疗效较为显著,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To compare the postoperative clinical efficacy between this new root torque auxiliary arch and the conventional method which added torque on the wire where it needed and analyze the reasons. Methods Thirty patients who needed to control the movement of the root of individual tooth were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A took conventional method which added torque on the wire where it needed, while Group B took this new root torque auxiliary arch. Then compared the rates of efficiency and the time of root movement therapy. Results There was no significant difference between these two groups in efficient rates(P〉0.05). But the time of root movement therapy in Group A was(25.50±4.19) weeks, while(12.12±4.67) weeks in Group B. There showed significant differences(P〈0.01). Conclusion This new root torque auxiliary arch was not only an efficient approach to the movement of the root of individual tooth, but also shortened the treatment time.
