摘要
转化生长因子(TGF)β信号转导通路主要由TGFβ及其受体以及受体底物Smad蛋白分子组成,可通过多种分子机制调控血管内皮细胞的增殖、迁移和分化,介导平滑肌细胞分化,参与维持血管内皮基膜的完整性。研究TGFβ信号转导通路在口腔颌面部血管畸形、肿瘤血管生成等血管相关疾病的中作用机制,探讨其他基因或转录因子对该信号转导通路的调控,可为治疗血管相关性疾病提供新思路。本文就TGFβ信号转导通路及其对血管内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞和血管基膜的调控等研究进展作一综述。
Transforming growth factor(TGF)β, a growth factor secreted by different cells, has been demonstrated to possess a variety of biological effects. Recent evidence has associated the TGFβ signaling pathway withthe regulation of angiogenesis and vascular stability. Extensive studies on the signaling pathway of TGFβ and its potential role in vascular regulation have been reported. In this review, the effects of the TGFβ signaling pathway on the regulation of vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and vascular membrane, are discussed.
