当前,我国军民融合正处于由初步融合向深度融合发展的过渡阶段,需要在理论认识和实践操作中加强军民融合发展的科学指导,正确处理好维护安全和促进发展、国家主导和市场运作、军事需求和民用需求、盘活存量和优化增量、当前利益和长远利益、重点突破和整体推进之间的关系。

At present,the integration of civil-military in China becomes more and more deepen, and the scientific guiding is needed to strengthen in the process of understanding and practice.It is needed to correctly handle six relationships between the maintenance of security and development, state-led and market operation,military needs and civilian needs,liquidize remnant assets and opti-mize incremental assets,current interests and long-term interests,breakthrough at key point and ad-vancing on the whole.
