PCR-derived technology in gene identification and typing of Yersinia pestis

摘要 运用PCR衍生技术对不同生态型的鼠疫耶尔森菌(简称鼠疫菌)进行基因鉴定和分型,使高通量实验结果能反映鼠疫流行历史,易于比较其基因组、致病力等方面的差异,为鼠疫菌的临床诊断、治疗和溯源提供重要依据。但每种PCR衍生技术各有优缺点,实验需综合考虑分型的能力、可操作性、经费预算等因素和实验条件。 Application of the PCR-derived technology in gene identification and genotypes of different ecotype Yersinia pestis to make the high-throughput experimental results can reflect the epidemic history and compare the diversity in genome, pathogenicity, so that results from these experiments provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and origin. But the experiment should be considered typing ability, practicality, budget and other experimental factors or conditions, because each PCR-derivative technology has advantages and disadvantages.
