PET/CT检查在膀胱癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目前,膀胱癌常用的影像学检查手段有超声、静脉尿路造影(IVU)、CT及MRI.18F标记的氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-fluorodeoxyglucose,18F-FDG)经泌尿系统代谢,膀胱由于大量放射性浓聚干扰PET/CT探测原发灶,因此18F-FDG PET/CT检查一般不作为膀胱癌原发病灶诊断的常规手段.但18F-FDG PET/CT检查可以达到功能与解剖融合,能一次性全身显像,在膀胱癌分期方面具有显著优势.同时,注射利尿剂等介入方法使18F-FDG PET/CT检查诊断膀胱癌原发病灶也具有了重要价值.本文从PET/CT检查在膀胱癌原发病灶诊断、分期、治疗决策和复发判断方面的应用价值作一综述.
