摘要
冰水情信息监测是水情灾害监控信息的基础,是预报、防汛抗旱决策的重要依据.在冰水情灾害监测工作中,利用数据采集、远程监控实现对当前信息进行实时分析、报警十分重要.利用2G、3G技术的监控系统存在带宽资源不足、传输速率不够等问题,已不能满足当前发展的需求.随着通信技术的变革,LTE(Long Term Evolution-长期演进技术)网络已完成大规模商用部署,将LTE系统应用于冰水情灾害监测工作中,开发基于LTE系统的监测装置,实现监测数据、图像、视频通过LTE网络向客户端的实时传输,利用LTE系统大带宽高传输速率的优势,能够解决2G、3G监控系统资源不足的问题,更好的完成冰水情信息的远程实时监控.
Ice and water condition information is the basis information for monitoring hy- drological disaster, it is also the important basis for decision-making for forecast, flood control and drought. Using data acquisition, remote monitoring and control system for real-time anal- ysis on current information is very important. 2G, 3G technology issues, such as surveillance systems, has been unable to catch the needs of current development. With the progresses in communication technology, LTE (Long Term Evolution) network has been built in a large- scale commercial deployment, The LTE system is applied to ice and water flow monitoring to transfer the monitoring data, images, video over the LTE network to the client's. This real-time transmission is a better solution and better method to complete the ice water flow remote real-time monitoring.
