Progress in the Role of Bisphosphonates in the Treatment for Malignant Tumors

摘要 双膦酸盐类药物(BPs)在恶性肿瘤的治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章对BPs在防治骨转移、预防及推迟骨相关事件发生、防治肿瘤治疗相关性骨丢失(CTIBL)及其直接和间接抗肿瘤作用等方面文献进行综述,以提高对BPs在恶性肿瘤治疗中作用的认识。 Bisphosphonates （BPs） play an important role in the treatment for malignant tumors. In this paper, recent relevant literatures about the prevention and treatment of bone metastases, prevention and delay of bone-related incident, prevention of cancer treatment-related bone loss （CTIBL） and its direct and indirect anti-tumor effects of BPs are reviewed in order to improve the awareness of the role of BPs in malignant tumors treatment.
