Study on the Collection of Local Literature on Network——Taking Hainan Library as an Example

在介绍网络地方文献采集目标的基础上,阐述了网络地方文献采集的原则及途径,探讨了网络地方文献采集存在的问题及对策,指出网络地方文献采集工作中一定要解决好文献的转化及版权问题。

Based on introducing the collection targets of the local literature on network, this paper expounds the collection principles and collection ways of the local literature on network, probes into some problems existing in the collection of local literature on network and countermeasures, and points out that in the collection of local literature on network,the literature transformation and copyright issues must be solved properly.
