阐述了开展图书馆志愿者服务的意义,分析了高校图书馆志愿者的特点,以武汉科技大学图书馆为例,提出了推动图书馆志愿者服务可持续发展的建议,包括建立规范的志愿者招募程序和培训制度、完善志愿者管理、建立切实有效的激励机制等。

This paper briefly expounds the significance of launching volunteer service in university library, analyzes the characteristics of student volunteers in university library, and taking the library of Wuhan University of Science and Technology as an example, puts forward some suggestions on promoting the sustainable development of volunteer service in university library, which include establishing a normative volunteer recruitment procedure and training system,improving the volunteer management, and establishing effective incentive mechanism, etc.
