A Case Study on Library's Tacit Knowledge Management

隐性知识管理在图书馆知识管理中的起着不可忽视的作用。目前,图书馆隐性知识外化与共享的理论内容较多,而图书馆实施隐性知识外化与共享的成功案例较少。介绍了通过多种文献检索途径收集到的关于国内外图书馆隐性知识外化与共享的案例,探讨了图书馆隐性知识管理的应用与实践。

Tacit knowledge management plays an important role in library’s knowledge management. At present, the theoretical contents of the externalizing and sharing of library’s tacit knowledge are more, but the successful cases of implementing the externalizing and sharing of library’s tacit knowledge are less. This paper introduces some cases of the externalizing and sharing of the tacit knowledge of domestic and foreign libraries collected through a variety of literature retrieval ways, and probes into the application and practice of library’s tacit knowledge management.
