公共图书馆服务创新的探讨与思考

Exploration and Consideration about Public Library's Service Innovation

阐述了国内外公共图书馆发展现状,对县级公共图书馆存在的问题进行了分析,借鉴国外公共图书馆服务创新的先进思想和现代管理方法,结合县级公共图书馆存在的问题和特征,提出了公共图书馆服务创新策略。

This paper expounds the development status of domestic and foreign public libraries, analyzes some problems existing in county-level public libraries such as the weak service consciousness, the lack of collected document literature, the mismatching between size classification and project components,the greater talent gap, and the imperfect management system, etc.,by using foreign public libraries’ advanced thought of service innovation and modern management method for reference, and connecting with the existing problems and features of the county-level libraries, this paper puts forward some strategies for public library’s service innovation from aspects of constructing the public cultural service system, innovating the service concept, innovating the service mode, and innovating the service connotation, etc.
