Review of the Study on Some Issues Related to the Vulnerable Groups

关于弱势群体的研究近几年来已经成为图书馆界众多学者研究的主要内容之一。介绍了弱势群体常见的几种概念,从弱势群体的就业问题、知识援助的意义及知识援助的具体措施、其他服务途径、服务制度等方面,综述了弱势群体的相关问题。

The study on vulnerable groups in recent years has become one of the key research contents in library community. This paper describes several common concepts of vulnerable groups, and reviews some issues related to the vulnerable groups from aspects of the employment of vulnerable groups, significance of knowledge assistance, specific measures of knowledge assistance, other service approaches, and service systems, etc.
