军队医院信息化的发展使得军队医院统计工作越来越多样化和复杂化。总结分析当前某军队医院信息统计工作中面临的问题,主要包括信息标准更新滞后、数据质量监控不足、统计软件功能分散、专业统计人才匮乏等六个方面;建议医院管理者与上级主管部门优化管理效率,统一统计口径,重视统计人才培养,从而减少医院统计工作中的重复无效劳动,使得信息统计工作人员有更多的精力参与医疗数据监控与医院管理,第一时间了解医院管理中的数据需求,从而为军队医院的科学管理真正起到更好的参谋辅助作用。

With the development of information technology in military hospital,the statistical work had become more and more diverse and complex.This article summarized some problems confronted in the current information statistics work of a military hospital,including six aspects such as the delayed innovation of information standards,the insufficient monitoring of data quality,the scattered features of hospital statistics software and the shortage of professional statistical talents and so on.We suggested the hospital managers and leader authorities to optimize management efficiency,unify statistical standards and pay more attention to the statistics personnel training,so as to reduce some inefficient and repeated statistical work,so the statistical workers could have more energy to participate in medical data monitoring and hospital management,and to acquire the data needs of hospital management in time.Therefore,we hope that statistics could play a supportive role in the scientific management of the military hospital.
