老年慢性病患者抗菌药物使用知识与使用行为现状调查

Investigation on knowledge and behavior on usage of antibacterial agents among elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的了解老年慢性病患者抗菌药物使用知识与使用行为的现状,为规范老年慢性病患者健康教育提供依据。方法选取232例既往1年内使用过抗菌药物的老年慢性病患者进行抗菌药物使用知识和使用行为调查。结果老年慢性病患者抗菌药物知识总得分率为67.57%,在5个知识维度中,得分率最低的是耐药性维度(58.13%);老年慢性病患者抗菌药物使用行为总得分率为70.16%,使用方法维度得分率最低(64.32%)。结论老年慢性病患者抗菌药物使用相关知识不足,其抗菌药物使用行为有待纠正。医护人员要重视对使用抗菌药物的老年慢性病患者进行健康教育和用药指导,以促成其正确合理地使用抗菌药物,减少不合理用药行为的发生。

Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavior on usage of antibacterial agents among elderly patients with chronic diseases, so as to provide scientific basis for rational use of antibacterial agents. Methods Convenient sampling was used to recruit 232 elderly patients with chronic diseases who have used antibacterial agents last year,and to investigate the knowledge and behavior on their usage of antibacterial agents. Results The correct rate of knowl- edge on total questionnaire was 67.57%. Among the 5 sub -dimensions of knowledge questionnaire, the lowest one was related to drug tolerance （whose correct rate was 58.13% ）. The correct rate of behavioral on total questionnaire was 70.16% ,with the lowest correct rate related to concrete way of using behavior of an- tibacterial agents of 64.32%. Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic diseases have poor knowledge and behavior on usage of antibacterial agents. Therefore, education from healthcare personnel should be given more to elderly patients about the usage of antibacterial agents in order to help them apply antibacterial a- gents cmrrectly.
