摘要
本文试图从高职教育实践发展和高职教师专业成长的角度,以"教师能力"为核心,对新任教师、骨干教师和资深教师在不同成长阶段的工作角色和能力结构进行分析,以期对教师专业成长提供帮助,对高职院校教师继续教育体系的构建和完善提供依据。
This paper attempts to develop from the practice of higher vocational education and higher vocational teachers professional growth perspective, based on the “teacher capacity” as the core, analyses the new teacher, he backbone of teachers and experienced teachers in the structure of work roles and capabilities of different growth stages.
