内在教育论——思想政治教育的另一种模式

摘要 为推动人本化的教育教学模式,人本主义教育家马斯洛倡导"内在教育论"。"内在教育论"注重培养人的自我实现与本性,鼓励个体提高自己的内在素养,尊重人的选择,对思想政治教育理念与方法的创新具有重要的启示意义。 Intrinsic education theory was initiated by Maslow, a humanistic educationalist, in an effort to promote humanistic education. This theory lays emphasis on nurturing individuals' self-actualization and nature, encourages individuals to enhance their intrinsic qualities, and pays respect to individual choices. In fact, this theory provides implications for the innovation of ideas and methodology in ideological and political education. Based on the above understanding, this paper suggests that to increase the effects of ideological and political education in China, students' personal potency of self-actualization should be encouraged, students' subjectivity should be respected and students' individual development needs should be dealt with properly.
