基于创新教育的人才培养模式研究——黄冈市三所高职院校为例

Present Situation of Talents Cultivating Mode Based on Innovative Education and Its Countermeasures——A Case Study of Three Vocational Colleges in Huanggang

要构建合理科学的高职人才培养模式,须明确人才培养模式的内涵及其构成要素。针对我国高等职业教育人才模式的现状,分析了高职教育实践情境中创新人才培养的状况和问题。以期构建适合我国国情的高校创新教育体系。

To construct a reasonable and scientific talents cultivating mode, we should know the connotation and elements of talents cultivating mode well. Based on the present situation of talent cultivating mode in China, this paper analyzes the existing problems and tries to construct an innovative educational system in higher vocational colleges, which may be adaptable to the situation of China.
