摘要
以乙氧基镁为载体,制备了用于乙烯聚合的Ziegler-Natta催化剂,考察了不同给电子体对催化剂性能的影响。以甲氧基三甲基硅烷为给电子体时,所制备的催化剂综合性能最佳。将加入给电子体所得的催化剂用于乙烯淤浆聚合,结果表明,催化剂的催化活性达到36.5 kg.g-1,氢调敏感性好,聚合物的细粉含量低。
Ziegler- Natta catalyst for ethylene polymerization was prepared with the carrier of ethoxy magnesium and the effect ofdifferent electron donors on catalyst properties was investigated. The catalyst prepared using electron donor of methoxy trimethylsilane has the best comprehensive performance. The result of ethylene slurry polymerization using catalyst combined with electrondonor shows up to 36.5 kg.g-1catalytic activity with good hydrogen response and low polymer powder content.
