摘要
由于安装存在问题,离心泵P008高液位启动后运行正常,当液位达到入口管线的顶端位置时,即开始剧烈振动,无法继续运行。为寻求产生振动的原因,从离心泵安装高度、集水池储量、吸水漩涡、管道配置4个方面进行了数据核实,最终确定振动原因是入口管线存在窝气区,引起振动。对此进行了基础及管线的改造,解决了设备的振动问题。
Due to installation problems,P008 centrifugal pump running normally with high level but violent vibration would occurwhen the liquid level reaches the top of the suction line and the pump had to be stopped. In order to find the causes of vibration,dataverification were conducted on mounting height of the centrifugal pump,water pool reserves,suction eddies and pipelinearrangement. The cause of the vibration finally determined was the existence of gas province in suction line. Foundation and pipelinemodification were performed and equipment vibration problem were solved.
