摘要
近年来,随着中国资本市场跨越式发展,证券经纪业务转型问题日渐凸出,国内学者对证券经纪业务转型相关问题进行了大量的研究,但比较零散、不成系统。文章按照转型理论、转型动因、转型方向和转型战略策略对国内最新研究成果进行了梳理和总结,提炼核心思想,以期对当前证券经纪业务转型实践提供理论指导,同时为以后的研究提供借鉴和参考。
In recent years, with the fast development of China＇ s capital market, the transformation problem of securities brokerage business has gained more importance. Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on it. Based on the Transition Theory, the transition motivation, strategic and tactical direction of the transformation, this paper summarizes the newest re- search results and puts forward suggestions for future study.
