摘要 切实加强高校思想政治理论课实践教学环节是克服当前思政课教学中重理论轻实践的有效举措,但同时也面临着实践教学环节规范性建设不足的严重问题。提高高校思想政治课实践教学环节的教育实效需要从课程建设的高度,借鉴其他应用性课程的实践教学经验,加强实践教学组织领导机构和指导教师的规范性建设,完善实践教学过程的规范性指导和实践教学资源的规范性开发利用,从而使思想政治课实践教学环节的开展具有课程性标准体系、管理体系和实施体系,克服实践教学环节的形式化倾向。 Strengthening practice teaching is an effective initiative to address the problem of putting too much stress on theory and too little on practice in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. But at the same time there exists a serious problem of lacking normative construction in practice teaching. The effectiveness of practice teaching in the ideological and political education in universities needs to be improved in terms of course construction, absorbing practice teaching experience from other practical courses, reinforcing normative construction of the organizations for practice teaching and the guide teachers, and perfecting normative instruction in the practice teaching process and normative development of the practice teaching resources so as to build a normative curriculum system, management system and implementation system, and overcome formalism in practice teaching of ideological and political theory courses.
