摘要
以提供客房产品为主的酒店业,进入21世纪之后也面临着激烈的竞争。单纯的价格竞争已难以适应新时代的市场变化,本文从博弈论的视角来研究星级酒店客房价格竞争问题。结果表明,星级酒店客房产品从价格竞争转向非价格竞争才是保证酒店收益,获取酒店业持续、健康发展的有效途径。
The hotel industry, which mainly provides accommodation services, has been still facing intense competition since entering into the twenty-first Century. The pure price competition is difficult to adapt to market changes in the new era, so this article researches the room price competition in star hotels from the perspective of the Game Theory. The results show that to transfer the price competition to the non-price competition is the effi-cient path to ensure hotel benefits and its sustained and healthy development.
