爱心助学银行发展前景研究——基于粤西地区调查数据

Research on the Prospect of Education Charity Bank——Based on the Survey Data from West Guangdong Province

本文阐述了爱心助学银行这一非盈利性组织的概念、特点及现实意义,并把爱心助学银行与国家助学贷款进行针对性的比较,分析其发展的优点,进而对爱心助学银行面临的机遇与挑战进行研究,再从爱心助学银行的资源保证、市场需求、财务风险和法律风险四个方面来分析它的可行性,最后认为爱心助学银行是一个发展前景良好的公益教育项目。

This article firstly defines the concept of the non-profit organization-Education Charity Bank, and summarizes its characteristics and practical significance. By specific comparing with the national student loan and analyzing its development advantages, we research on the challenges and opportunities currently facing Education Charity Banks, and then analyze its feasibility from the aspects of resource guarantee, market demands, financial risk and legal risk. Finally we consider that the Education Charity Bank is a public education project with good de-velopment prospect.
