摘要
通过收集大量的国内外冰灾、输电线路设计以及研究成果资料,总结了与覆冰相关的主要影响因素,并给出了覆冰参数的换算关系或确定方法以及GPD概率分布模型,最后阐述了国内输电线路工程覆冰参数确定方法现状。
Based on the massive data of ice damage, transmission line design and research results at home and aboard, this paper summarizes the main influence factors related to icing, and gives the conversions or determination methods of ice parameters, and the GPD probability distribution models. At last, this paper expounds the application status of ice parameter of the transmission line project in China.
