摘要
介绍昭通±500 k V换流站的数字化设计的工作目标,具体实施方案,并详细地展示数字化设计在本工程中的应用成果:建立工程的二维逻辑模型和三维布置模型,基于模型完成二三维一致性校验、安全净距校验、全站碰撞检查、三维防雷校验,完成电缆的精细化敷设,基于模型完成部分施工图纸的自动生成,实现了包含3D模型、数据和文档的工程数字化移交。对数字化设计与传统设计在工作流程、专业协同方式和设计成果等三个方面的差异进行了对比,展望数字化设计的应用前景。
This paper describes the working targets and implementation scheme of digital design in Zhaotong ±500 kV converter station. The mainly application results including:created the smart electrical connection diagram and 3d model of the station. Such works have been done as follows:consistency test about electrical connection diagram and 3d models, safety distance check, visualize lighting protection, collision check, meticulous laying of cable. Drawings and material bills are generated on the models. Hand over 3d models, data and documentation to the owners . This paper also describes the difference between digital design and traditional design in three aspects:workflow, mode of multi-domain cooperation, resulting of design.
