城市用地的调整与优化——以河南焦作为例

Study on the Urban Land Adjustment and Optimization in the New Period: A Case Study of Jiaozuo in Henan Province

改革开放后,我国城市步入了发展的快车道,城市质量和规模有了长足的进步,2012年末城市化水平达到52.57%。城市快速发展的同时,一些城市用地问题开始出现:城市用地增长过快,远超过城市经济和人口增长需求;城市用地效率不高,造成土地资源浪费等。这些城市化中的问题亟需理论的研究和现实的改善。

Since the reform and opening up China＇s cities have stepped into a fast lane. Quality and scale of the city have made great progress, In late 2012, the urbanization level had increased to 52.57%.With the rapid development of the urbanization, the urban land problems began to emerge： rapid growth of urban land has far exceeded the demanding for urban economy and population growth, urban land efficiency is not high, resulting a waste of land resources and so on. These problems need theoretical research and practical improvement. This paper analyses on urban land use issues of the new era, it putting forward specific optimization strategies and support mechanisms. While conducting the theoretical research, analysis the actual case, it made deep studying in the Jiaozuo macro allocation of land resources and micro-plots adjustment.
